Match report A very close first game for the Under 15s against Aston Manor at a sunny Arlington Avenue, stand in skipper Chris Calcutt won the toss and put the opposition in. Good early bowling from the opening pair restricted the run rate with both Olly Richardson taking one wicket and Charlie Adams two,a good stand then ensued for the fourt wicket by Aston Manor before Jack Beever bowled Khan and then took two more wickets however Harrison stood firm before he was caught off Callum Dixon for 52 . Callum then took another wicket the next ball and just missed out on a hat trick. Diggory Lynch then came on and finished the tail off with two wickets for 7 runs meaning the visitors were all out for 109

In response Leamington lost Mitchell Glover early on for 2,before Jujhar Johal and Sam Forster steadied the ship before Sam fell for 10, debutant Olly Forbes went LBW for a duck the first of a few very dodgy umpiring decisions who apparently was running late for another game. The next dodgy one was Charlie Adams for 1 and then Chris Calcutt holed out for 11 Diggory was then run out for 11 leaving the game on a knife edge however Jujhar stayed firm and reached his fifty before being bowled, Charlie Stephens was then given out leaving last pair Olly and Callum to see us home which they did with just a few scares along the way a good victory but tighter than it should have been.
