Leamington Cricket Club

It is with great sadness that the club has to tell you of the passing of David Cowan yesterday evening. David had been the club secretary for over 25 years, and a member of the general committee for even longer. Over that period David offered an immeasurable amount to the club and was the ever present support to us all. Aside from his support of the club, David will be fondly remembered by many for his dry wit, his pipe and on a summer Friday evening a decent pint of real ale. Unfortunately with the COVID restrictions we are unlikely to be able to gather and mark his passing, but hopefully later next year we will be able to honor his very significant commitment and contribution to Leamington Cricket Club. The club extends its deepest sympathy’s Ruth and all the family.
