Dear All
This year for the first time we ran a second junior team at U13s called the Leamington raiders managed by Jon Chambers which has been a great success, and has provided the opportunity for more children to play cricket, both from the U13s group but also some from the U12s. Next year Jon will hopefully do the same thing with the U14s as they move up a year, so we are advertising for a coach and manager to run a second team at U13s next summer, we would also like to do the same at U12s which would then incorporate U12s and U11s players as well.
Some experience of playing or managing cricket teams would be an advantage to do the coaching role, and candidates will be offered the chance to do a Warwickshire coaching course to which the club will contribute towards, and of course we will offer all the support and guidance needed to organise and run the matches. There would also be a need to carry out a DBS check.
We will of course welcome any parents from any age group who would be willing to assist the coach or manager with match day duties or scoring.
