Welcome to Leamington Cricket Club!

Welcome to the main website of Leamington Cricket Club - the town's "hidden gem".

Leamington Cricket Club will run 4 Men's sides, 1 Women's side, and a wide range of boys and girls age-groups sides in 2024.

The First XI men's side will play in the Second Division of the Birmingham & District Premier Cricket League; one of the most prestigious competitions in the country. The Second XI will play in Division One of the Warwickshire County Cricket League, the 3rds will play in Division 5 East and the 4ths in Division 6 East.

We will enter the Arden Sunday League again in 2024 and also play in a number of midweek competitions.

We have a strong record in developing girls towards county performance teams, whilst Women & Girls hardball nets are held each Thursday at Arlington Avenue as well as softball activities for girls from age 7 upwards - email below for more details or come along to find out more, all welcome.  Women who have previously played, or indeed have never played cricket but want to are particularly welcomed at the club - we have a track record of getting people started and are proud of being a club that invests in our training and participation as we see cricket as a game for all.

If you want to join the Club as a playing or social member, for men please email leamingtoncricket@gmail.com, or phone Neil Smith (Chairman of Cricket) on 07771 867075. Prospective youth players can call Mark Davison (Head of Youth Cricket) on 07393208372.  Prospective Women & Girls players please contact us on leamgirlscricket@hotmail.com

Club Sponsors

We are delighted to announce an exciting new link up with international parcel delivery firm DPD

The company have agreed to become a club sponsor supporting a number of initiatives at the club, including a disability cricket day, a project to combat loneliness through cricket, help for the elderly living in the local area, and the potential development of club facilities for increased community participation, enabling more children and adults to have access to cricket.

We were pleased to welcome Stitches Tailoring and Blythe Liggins to our group of sponsors! Blythe Liggins will support the continued development of womens and girls cricket at Leamington.

The Club are very grateful for the continuing generous support from several local businesses this season, and are pleased to announce a new sponsorship agreement with The Wigley Group.

We are pleased to have Building & Plumbing Supplies on board as Youth Section sponsors. BPS do a tremendous amount for local sports Clubs, and we thank them for their generosity.

We continue to receive generous support from a number of other local and national companies, including Belvoir Estate Agents, Marstons Beers, Mallory Court Hotel, Core Gym & Aston Martin.

The Club is still looking for more sponsors for the this season and beyond
. If you want to jump on board with a thriving Club, please get in touch via leamingtoncricket@gmail.com
