Dear All,

After what has been an amazing Summer season packed full of success so far, it is time to look towards our winter coaching programme. 

The registration for the Junior Winter training is now OPEN. Please note this is hardball training for those in the current U9-U14 age groups. 

Please read all of the below email carefully as we have a new registration process in place moving forwards:

• This year we will be using the MyClubhouse system for registering/booking onto Leamington CC Junior Cricket Training Sessions.

• The link to sign up is: https://leamingtoncc.myclubhouse.co.uk

• You will need to create an account for the junior player and then sign up to the event(s) you would like to attend.

• Attached is a user guide to help anyone that has not used this platform before - Please use this for any issues before getting in touch as this should outline the process and any problems that you may encounter. 

• As has been the case in previous years, places are strictly limited in each age group (safety reasons) and we are expecting a high demand. 

• As outlined in the user guide, in order to secure your place, payment will be required within 1 hour of signing up to the respective session. 

• If the session is fully subscribed you will automatically be added to a waiting list

• Please only sign-up to the sessions if you think that you can make the majority of them

• Please complete the registration process for each junior being registered even if there are multiple in a household (see user guide if this is the case)

• Please also find attached a map of Warwick School and their Participant/spectator rules

Dates and Price:

• Session 1: 8 x weeks from 09/10/25 - 27/11/25 (Thursdays) - £100.00

• Session 2: 8 x weeks from 05/02/26 - 26/03/26 (Thursdays) - £100.00

Times and Age Groups: - These are based on the age groups the junior will be with for the 2026 Season

• 18:00 - 19:00 - Under 10s and U11s (U9s and U10s in 2025)

• 19:00 - 20:00 - Under 12s and U13s (U11s and U12s in 2025)

• 20:00 - 21:00 - Under 14s and U15s (U13s and U14s in 2025)

• 20:00 - 21:00 - Girls Only
