Dear Parents/ Guardians,
As we are approaching the start of our Summer Coaching Programme, those with confirmed places will have received an email which includes a welcome letter from myself and the Safeguarding Officers (Paul Hinton and Emily Anscombe). This will contain important information regarding these sessions alongside key dates and contacts so please do give this a read.
For those on the waiting list, spaces may still come available, but if not, we will not be able to allow your son/daughter to attend the sessions for safeguarding reasons - please check the MyClubhouse site to see if you have a place confirmed to avoid any disappointment on the night!
The following sessions still have spaces available if you would like to sign up:
- U13s - 6 spaces available
- U14s - 9 spaces available
- U15s - 9 spaces available
- U16/17s - 14 spaces available
- Girls Softball - 20 spaces available
Photography:
The Club may take photos of Teams/ players during the season which may be shared by others. If you would not like a photo of your child to be taken please contact the Head of Junior Cricket (Jacob Sargeant) or the Safeguarding Officers (Paul Hinton/ Emily Anscombe) ASAP.
BBQ Support:
British weather dependant, the BBQ will be fired up and ready to go on Friday Nights. If you are able to help with this please get in touch with myself so that I can add you to the BBQ rota.
