Match report A good win for Leamington IIIs on Saturday against Chipping Campden was achieved with a 4 wkt victory. Bowling first Campden were amassed 216-6 off their 45 over. Young opening bowlers Asad Ullah and Joseph Somra kept both openers on their toes and finshed with figures of 1-37 & 0-42 respectively off their 10 overs. Rob Grant took 2-22 of his 10 and Lewis Baker picked up 3-58 of his 9 overs.
In reply the IIIs got off to a solid start with a flurry of boundries Rob Ainscow taking advantage with 46 and Rob Wollaston 22. A slight middle order wobble was restored with Dale 45no and Baker 29no steering the team home in the 41st over with Baker sealing victory with a fine 6 over the mid wicket boundry to cap a fine team performance.
