Match report In the return fixture the IIIs avenged last weeks defeat to FISSC with a comprehensive 9 wicket victory. Batting first FISSC were under pressure findng themselves 59-5 in the 11th over. Young opening bowlers Lawrence and Somra taking 2 & 3 wickets apiece. Terry Malcom FISSC's in form batter steadied there innings with a quick fire boundry litten 57, after Gaurav dismised him when the score was 159 FISSC's innings quickey closed for 183 all out with youngster Nardone finishing with 33 not out. Lawrence 9.4-0-32-3, Somra 6-0-29-3 and Lord 4-0-10-2 the pick of the bowlers.
In reply Leamington started steadily with openers Rob Wollaston and Jimbo Williams putting on 60 for the opening partnership before Wollaston was dimissed for 22. Now established Williams took the attack to FISSC and quickly made light work of the total to complete his century and finsih with 129 not out, well supported by Jim Gethins 28 not out. Jimbos Williams first innngs on of the season after returning from University was an excellent knock providing the III's with a timely push at the half way point of the season.
