Match report An exciting win over Atherstone at Arlington Avenue in glorious sunshine!

Leamington batted first and prospered through stand-in opener Raj Jabarkhain who made an excellent 76. He received good support from Jake Salmon (24) and Darrel Williams (32), but Atherstone's bowlers performed well in restricting Leamington to 166 - 6.

Joe Jones took an early wicket, but Atherstone scored quickly through Clements and Wordsworth. Jabarkhain applied the brakes taking
3 for 24, but Atherstone remained on target for victory. Salmon's spell turned the match Leamington's way with 3 for 15, and Atherstone fell 8 short, bowled out for 158 in the last over.
