Match report A 2nd defeat in consecutive games saw the IIIs lose to Ashton under Hill by 4 runs.

Batting first Ashton posted 211-9 with young Matthew Davison posting impressive figures of 9-4-10-2 he was well supported by Dan McCarthy who finished with 10-3-29-0. Extras were again the scourge of the Leam innings as 32 was Ashtons 2nd top scorer.

In reply Liam Killian got the IIIs of the a flyer with a boundary laced 73 before he was caught going for 1 big blow to many. The rest of the top 6 failed to post double figures and it was left to Dan McCarthy 19 and Bopanna 27 to get the scores close but despite a valiant effort from young Chris Calcot Leam were short by 4 runs !!!!

A disappointing defeat saw Ashton leap frog Leamington into 2nd place with 3 games to go.
