Rowington 2nd XI v Leamington Cricket Club 4th XI on Sat 26 Jul 2014 at 13.30
Leamington Cricket Club Won By 9 wickets

Match report A stroll in the sun at sunny Rowington for Leamington's Fourth team, as they maintained their wafer-thin lead at the top of CHL Division 5.

Rowington batted with great attacking intent but soon slipped to 54 - 5 as Gary Bass and George Tedstone each took two wickets. A sixth wicket partnership of 80 turned the match in Rowington's favour, until the spin of Wayne Killian (3 for 26) and Phil Whitehead (2 for 30) got to grips with Rowington's late order, the home team ending on a below-par 148 All Out.

Leamington made a fast start in pursuit of their target, initially through Killian who played on for 38. Rob Ainscow was now moving through the gears, with his square cut in particularly good order, and his 75* saw Leamington to a 9 wicket win, ending on 52 - 1. Sam Forster gave good support with an unbeaten 18.
